EDIT: I've changed the main file- add Shepard's freckles and edited the colors in PS which were killed by the scanner. Now, it nearly looks like as it is in live.

And the reason why I've chosen the Presidium as a background is that Vorchagirl (as I think you know her as well :) ) asked me before for a Shenko drawing with the Starboard Observation in the background.
